Nicolas Rodriguez
Founder & Researcher
Nicolas is an AI Governance specialist committed to ensuring the benefits of advanced AI are accessible and safe for all. He founded RiesgosIA.org to address the knowledge gap in the Spanish-speaking world regarding catastrophic and systemic AI risks.
He leverages his background in large-scale data operations (Booking.com, EssilorLuxottica) to build open-access infrastructure for the AI safety community. He is an ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer and Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP/IAPP).
His interest in intelligence extends to the human mind; he is an avid student of neuroscience and has been a dedicated Vipassana meditator for over 10 years.

Technical Educator | Community Coordinator
Osmani builds AI Safety infrastructure for Spanish-speaking communities, bridging critical gaps in governance and security. She coordinates BlueDot Impact Spain and founded Women4AISafety España and AI Safety Madrid to amplify diverse voices in the field.
Leveraging her background as a Cloud Architect, she helps organizations navigate EU AI Act compliance and delivers technical training to executive programs and enterprise teams.
Certified in ISO/IEC 42001 and AI Security, Osmani specializes in operationalizing responsible AI and facilitating career transitions into the safety sector.
