Mitigation strategy

1. Implement stringent technical and contractual controls to prevent unauthorized access and dissemination, specifically by deploying advanced data encryption, granular access controls, mandatory employee cyber awareness training, and robust non-disclosure agreements with all internal and external parties who access sensitive intellectual property. 3. Develop and operationalize a formal IP enforcement and incident response plan, including protocols for evidence documentation, utilizing digital notice-and-takedown processes (e.g., DMCA), and engaging specialized legal counsel to initiate timely litigation to enforce rights and pursue available damages.
