1. Establish comprehensive and flexible regulatory frameworks to govern intellectual property rights, value-sharing, authorship, and fair compensation for original works utilized in AI model training and deployment, ensuring legal clarity and artistic integrity. 2. Invest strategically in human 'Original Intelligence' (OI) by developing and implementing retraining and upskilling programs focused on advanced creative competencies, such as divergent thinking, lateral synthesis, and critical ideation/filtering, to ensure human work complements AI tools and counters the atrophy of creative skills. 3. Mandate robust transparency and bias mitigation in AI systems by requiring the disclosure of training data sources and actively curating diverse, representative datasets to counteract the homogenization of creative outputs toward dominant aesthetic styles and cultural norms.
