Mitigation strategy

1. Prioritize the negotiation and adoption of legally binding international treaties and regulatory frameworks to govern the development and deployment of military Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, focusing specifically on establishing red lines for or a comprehensive ban on Lethal Autonomous Weapon Systems (LAWS) to arrest the competitive dynamic of an AI arms race. 2.
